Nordpuls Terms of Use
1. Licence
Nordpuls is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
2. Free and Pro
The Norwegian 4x4 workout with live heart-rate coaching is free. Nordpuls Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks trends, full history and custom intervals. There is no subscription and nothing renews. It can be restored on your other devices from Settings.
3. Health and safety
Nordpuls is a training tool, not a medical device, and does not give medical advice. High-intensity exercise is not right for everyone. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a heart condition or other health concerns, or have not exercised in a while. Stop exercising if you feel unwell. Heart-rate readings and estimates may be inaccurate.
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from its use.
